Great advice on the googe searching and also on the state by state laaw.
One source of help I find really useful I wanted to share, when I have problems with wordpress I cant get to the bottom of myself I sometimes have a look on fiverr, that site has a whole load of people who are offering to help for just $5 if there is a small problem you just cant get fixed its a great place to find someone who knows what they are doing to help you!

I have another question (besides the WordPress one you already answered): Do you need to go back and Ping your blog again and again, or once you ping it you’re done for good?

I just wanted to share what I do when I get stumped on my blog. I head over to YouTube and type in the description box what it is I would like to know…and I will tell you, 9 times out of 10 I find a tutorial on what I was looking for. There are tons of tutorials for WordPress on YouTube.
I have a question…
When you comment on other blogs, is it okay to leave a link to your blog? I am not sure about this and I don’t wanna appear as though I am just trying to get traffic. Just not sure what proper etiquette is in the blogging world, I am new at this.
